Order returns
 
Returning time
According to law, client has a right to return the order without giving any reason within 21 days since receiving it.
After 21 days you lose the right to return it.
 
Returning policy procedure
If you wish to return your order in time of 21 days, you have to inform us that you want to do so.
The information has to be sent in one from three possible ways:
 
1. via printed complaint/return form which is avalible at www.oglamour.pl in "complaints&returns" fold
 
2. via email at bok@orienteglamour.pl . You need to send a statement with your data:
name, last name, email address, phone number, bank account number and order number.
You need to add info about what do you want to return and a purchase date.
 
3. via post on address:

Returned pieces cannot be changed anyhow (used, dirty, broken).
They have to be sent in orginal packaging, well secured for the transport. There must be attached the return form and receipt or the invoice.

Client pays for the return shipment.
 
ATTENTION!
We do not accept returns sent via cash on delivery parcels.
 
Money refound
You will get your money refund within 14 calendar days if returned pieces have no signs of being used, aren't dirty or damaged by you.
The brand will return your money the same way you paid for ordered products.
There is a possibility to refund money in other way, if it won't make any extra cost.
To make the refund easier and quicker, please attach the bank account number in the return form.
If you paid via postal payment, you have to add your name, last name and an address on which you'll receive your refund.
 
Product complaint
Goods reclamation notification
Oriente s.c. as a the seller is obligated by the law to deliever full value product to the customer.
If the customer will decide to sent a complaint on a product that he or she bought,
customer has a warranty time to do so (2 years since the purchase date).
You should inform about your complainment in writting:
 
1. via printed complaint/return form which is avalible at www.oglamour.pl in "complaints&returns" fold.
 
2. via email at bok@orienteglamour.pl . You need to send a statement with your data:
name and last name, email address, phone number, bank account number and order number, info about which product broke and what is the defect.
You also need to attach purchase date.
 
3. via post on address:

Returning the complaint product
Product with the defect should be sent to:

There must be attached:
- filled complaint/return form
- info about the purchase and its defect, details about when the defect happened
- contact data, which will help us to contact you quicker
- receipt or an invoice for the defected purchase
 
The parcel has to be properly secured, so it wouldn't be damaged in transport. Client pays for the complaint shipment.
 
Consideration of complaint
Seller is obligated to consider your complaint within 14 calendar days since the date of receiving defected piece.
If the defect is real and done not by the customer on purpose, the customer is in law to demand:
- getting a discount for defected piece
- getting a new product
- money refund
 
Seller must and will consider every complaint sent. The client will be informed about the progress of complaint via email.
If the complaint is considered justified, the shipping cost incurred by the customer sending the goods to the Store's headquarters will be returned after receiving the package, therefore it is necessary to provide the following data: name and surname, correspondence address and bank account number.
 
We give 2-yesrs of warranty on every O!Glamour product.
